Description:  Specialists will assist communities to fulfill criteria necessary to become a certified Entrepreneur Ready Community by the Texas Center for Rural Entrepreneurship.  This includes orientation (Entrepreneurship as an Economic Development Strategy) and Business Guide workshops, assistance with several assessments, assistance with entrepreneur consultations, and guidance on other activities designed to build local capacity to support entrepreneurs.
